Who makes EasyTenant, the Microsoft 365 console for MSPs
An independent French publisher with one conviction: everyday Microsoft 365 operations should run across all your client tenants in seconds, from one console.
The origin
Ten clients, ten portals, the same lost minute
An MSP juggles its clients’ admin portals all day long: find the right tenant, sign in with the right account, act, sign out — then start over on the next ticket. The reset itself takes a few seconds; everything else is travel time.
EasyTenant exists to remove that travel time. The console runs the everyday operations — passwords, 2FA, licenses, shared mailboxes, delegations — across all client tenants, from a single interface. One consent link per client, nothing to install on their side, every operation logged.
- 9M365 and Exchange operations
- 1consent link per client
- 0agents to install
The publisher
A short structure, a focused product
EasyTenant is published by LF Company, a French sole proprietorship. It is a small operation, deliberately so: the product stays focused on the MSP workday, decisions stay fast, and the person you talk to knows the console because he builds it.

Security
Security is a design decision
Rules built into the architecture rather than promises, the same ones for every operation.
No stored secrets
No password or access token is ever kept: tokens live in memory for the duration of the operation.
Certificate-based authentication
The application proves its identity to Microsoft with a certificate, never with a client secret.
Strict tenant isolation
The tenant identifier comes from the authenticated session, never from the request: an operation cannot spill over onto another client.
Least privilege
Only the permissions the covered operations need are requested — never mail reading, never file access.
Audit log
Every operation is recorded — technician, tenant, timestamp, outcome — whether it succeeds or fails.
Revocable consent
Access rests on admin consent, revocable at any time, on the client’s side as well as yours.
Your data
Where your data lives
No grey areas: every component of the service has a named region.
On the GDPR side
EasyTenant is the data controller for MSP and technician accounts.
For end-user data in client tenants, EasyTenant acts as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR: that data stays in the client’s Microsoft tenant.
