Every plan comes in both. A year costs ten months: €490, €990 or €1,990 depending on the plan.

Tenant quota

Past the included count, adding another tenant requires a higher plan. Tenants already connected stay accessible.

Cancellation

No commitment: you cancel anytime from the billing settings.

Technicians and users

No per-technician or per-user fee. Only the number of client tenants counts.

Billing questions

What happens if I go past the 15 tenants of the Starter plan?

Adding a 16th tenant requires moving to the Advanced plan, from the billing settings. Tenants already connected stay accessible in the meantime: nothing is cut off.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes, from the billing settings. Every plan comes in both; yearly amounts to two months free: €490, €990 or €1,990 per year.

Is there a per-technician or per-user fee?

No. Every plan includes unlimited technicians, and the number of users inside your client tenants never enters the price. Only the number of connected tenants counts.

Does the trial turn into a paid subscription automatically?

No. The 30-day trial starts without a credit card. Without a payment method after 30 days, access stops on its own: nothing can be billed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the billing settings, anytime: plans carry no commitment.

How does payment work?

Payment is handled by Stripe, in euros, at the pace you choose: monthly or yearly.

Is the demo free?

Yes. The public demo opens without an account or credit card, on fictional data: no real tenant is connected to it.
