Creates a shared mailbox, grants or removes delegated access.

Create a shared mailbox
Creates the mailbox in Exchange Online.
Where to find it : Tenant → shared mailboxes tab → “New shared mailbox” button
Fields to fill in

- Creation goes through Exchange Online and can take a few seconds to appear.
Delegate access to a mailbox
Grants delegated access to an existing shared or user mailbox.
Where to find it : Tenant → delegations tab → “New delegation” button

Checkboxes and options
